It’s not always easy to recognize what we’re feeling—or to find the right words to describe our emotions. That’s where the emotion wheel can be a powerful tool. It helps you put a name to what you’re experiencing, making it easier to understand and process your emotional state.

You can use it as a reference when you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, or simply curious about what’s going on inside. Sometimes, just identifying an emotion is the first step toward working through it.
